Midushi Narang

Midushi Narang is a strategic and people-first HR Business Partner with over four years of experience in human resources. Midushi has held various roles, including Talent Management Partner and Senior Human Resource Business Partner at DXC Technology, where they spearheaded HR strategies and employee engagement initiatives. Midushi completed a Master of Business Administration from the Goa Institute of Management and previously earned a B.Com (Hons.) from Delhi University. They also contributed as a Summer Intern at Reliance Jio USA, focusing on hiring trends and data analysis. Currently, Midushi continues to foster positive employee relations while leveraging HR analytics for continuous improvement.
