Steven Casuccio has over 27 years of experience in the technology and services sector. Currently serving as the BPS AMS CX/FSO Director at DXC Technology since June 2006, Steven holds multiple roles including Account Delivery Executive and Account Executive, where responsibilities include coordinating delivery activities and developing customer strategies. As the Client Capability Leader for Procter & Gamble, Steven interfaces with executive leadership to ensure service excellence. Previously, as a Consultant at Eli Lilly and Company, Steven led initiatives to improve IT support and customer satisfaction. Earlier in a decade-long tenure at Electronic Data Systems, Steven managed global service desks for clients such as Daimler Chrysler, OnStar, and General Motors.
