Aruna R

Aruna R has over 14 years of experience in project and product management. Aruna currently serves as the Head of Project Delivery at DxMinds Technologies Inc. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing project delivery.

In 2022, Aruna worked as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for managing project requirements, functional/non-functional aspects, manpower planning, and budgeting. Aruna also provided guidance for product design architecture and UX/UI design for websites, web and mobile apps, and various business tools.

Prior to this, Aruna worked as a freelance consultant, offering global services in business development, process design and setup, business process improvement, and business requirement analysis and documentation.

Aruna has also worked in various senior management roles, including Senior Manager of Project and Product Management at Refixd.com, B E Solutions Pvt Ltd, and SAMPARK Solutions. Aruna also served as a Senior Project Management Officer at Qwest Software Services and IBM.

Furthermore, Aruna has a passion for art and photography. Aruna has been involved in exploring nature, modern art, and various forms of painting through their role as an artist at Rukmanalan Arts & Creations. Aruna also manages a YouTube channel called Rukmanalan Arts & Creations, where they showcase their artwork and photography.

In addition to their professional experience, Aruna is also an author. Aruna published a book titled "Letter To Myself" through Amazon Publications, available in both English and German versions.

Aruna R completed their Master of Labour Management in Human Resources Management from Madurai Kamaraj University between the years 2003 and 2005.
