Islam Darwish CSM®️ has a diverse work experience that spans different industries and roles. In 2009, they started as an Intern at ExxonMobil. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at Orange Business Services, where they held positions as a VSAT Engineer, Associate CSM, and Incident Management Specialist. In 2013, they joined Raya Holding as a Project Manager and Business Consultant, later transitioning to the role of Senior Project Manager. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at NILE.COM as a Project Manager and then as a Senior Project Manager. Islam then joined ITWorx in 2019 as a Project Lead. In 2020, they became the Head of Customer Success at Qorrect before moving on to DXwand in 2022 to assume the same position.

Islam Darwish CSM®️ graduated from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport with a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering in the period from 2005 to 2010. In addition to their undergraduate education, Islam holds several certifications. Islam obtained the Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance in November 2020 and completed Customer Success Management Fundamentals through LinkedIn in November 2021. Islam also has a certification from the Global VSAT Forum obtained from Orange Business Services, although the specific details regarding the month and year of completion are not provided.
