Randall Hallman

Randall Hallman is an experienced instructional designer with a robust background in developing training solutions across various industries. Currently serving as an Instructional Designer at Dycom Industries, Inc. since August 2023, Hallman previously held the position of Senior Instructional Designer at 2seventy bio from February 2020 to May 2023, where collaboration with scientists and leadership led to the creation of new hire orientations and other learning interventions in gene and cell therapies. Prior to this, Hallman worked as a Senior Talent Development Consultant at SpartanNash, focusing on training programs for store employees and managers between April 2019 and February 2020.
