Eugene Ho

Director, Digital IC Design at Nubis Communications

Eugene Ho has worked in the digital IC design field for over 18 years. In 2021, they began working as the Director of Digital IC Design for Nubis Communications. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a High-speed SerDes Micro Architect for Xilinx, where they were responsible for aligning the goals of the design, verification, and system validation teams. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Senior Principal Engineer for Highfon Microelectronics, a fabless chip startup. From 2003 to 2018, they worked for Rambus, where they contributed to several high speed I/O buses and memory interfaces. During their time at Rambus, they held the roles of Chip Micro-Architect, System Architect, and Digital Circuit Design Engineer.

Eugene Ho obtained a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Southern California between 1996 and 2001. Eugene then obtained an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University between 2001 and 2003. In December 2016, they obtained a Machine Learning certification from Coursera Course Certificates.
