Samuel Shields

Samuel Shields has extensive experience in management and operations within the telecommunications and utility sectors. Since April 2004, Samuel has served as the Director of Fleet Services and previously held the position of Operations Manager at Dycom Industries, Inc. Prior to this role, Samuel was the Vice President at both Lambert's Cable Splicing, LLC and CableCom, LLC from August 2001 to August 2001, and from October 1996 to August 2001, respectively. Earlier in the career, Samuel worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance as the Technician Director - Construction from March 1986 to October 1996. Samuel holds an Associate of Arts degree from Tri-County Community College and furthered education at Western Carolina University from December 1983 to December 1985.
