Bernhard Bartsch is the Head of Sales, EMEA at DyeMansion. Prior to this, they were a Senior Partner / Leiter Vertriebstraining / Senior Coach DBVC at SIM Management Training & Coaching, where they helped to increase productivity, effectiveness and flexibility. Bernhard has also been a Partner and Vorstand at CICERO AG and a Gesellschafter and Geschäftsführer at Heitsch & Partner GmbH. Bernhard has also worked as a Trainer and Coach at team connex AG and as a Manager Sales and technical Communication at Braun Elektronik GmbH. Their first job was as a Vertriebsrepräsentant / Key Account Manager at Kranzbühler Medizinelektronik GmbH / Squibb Medical Systems.

Bernhard Bartsch is a certified Prosci Change Management practitioner who has also received training in Milton-Erickson institutes.
