Mark Bramall started their career in 1998 as a Trainee Accountant at Whittingham Riddell LLP, where they worked on preparing accounts and tax returns for sole traders and partnerships. Mark completed their AAT at Shrewsbury College during this time. In 2001, they joined Moore Stephens as an Accounts Technician, where they prepared accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies, and also started their ACCA studies. In 2003, they joined Dyke Yaxley as a Corporate Manager, later becoming a Corporate Director. In this role, they provided accounting and taxation advice to limited companies and supported clients with corporate finance. Mark also held the position of Client Manager at Dyke Yaxley from 2004 to 2008. In 2009, they became a Member of Shropshire Chamber of Commerce and a Governor (Audit Committee) at Shrewsbury College. In 2016, they became a Trustee at Shrewsbury Town in the Community.

Mark Bramall attended the Financial Training Company from 2001 to 2004, where they studied Accountancy and obtained a degree in ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants). Mark also holds an additional certification called FCCA (Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant), although the institution, month, and year of obtaining this certification are not specified.
