Jillian Foerster

Jillian Foerster is a highly experienced ERISA and Employee Benefits Attorney with a strong background in the legal field. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Dykema since November 2021, Jillian previously held the position of Shareholder at Chamberlain Hrdlicka from July 2017 to October 2021, and was an Associate Attorney in the Employee Benefits section before that. Jillian began their career as an Associate at Dykema Cox Smith, working from September 2011 to July 2017, and gained early experience as an intern for Justice Phylis J. Speedlin at the Fourth Court of Appeals from July 2009 to June 2010. Jillian Foerster earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence, Magna Cum Laude, from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2011 and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, cum laude, from Southwestern University in 2007.
