Ashley Newton

Ashley Newton is a skilled Food Technologist currently employed at DYMA Brands since February 2023. Previously, Ashley served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from August 2020 to December 2022 and interned with The Coca-Cola Company's Nutrition Science and Innovation team in late 2022, where significant contributions were made to projects regarding functional ingredients and collaboration across departments. Prior experience also includes roles at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where responsibilities ranged from conducting campus visits as an Admissions Representative to engaging in various research projects in the fields of nutritional sciences and sustainable agriculture. Ashley holds a Master of Science in Food Science and Technology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
