Lucas de Sá

Lucas de Sá has a diverse range of work experience. Lucas is currently serving as the Head of Growth at Dyme.Earth since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at McKinsey & Company as a Business Analyst from March 2020 to December 2022. Lucas also held a role as a Professional Development Administrator at McKinsey & Company from September 2019 to February 2020.

Before joining McKinsey & Company, Lucas worked at Instituto Four as the Head of Projects from May 2019 to August 2019, where they focused on forming and developing young leaders dedicated to solving Brazil's biggest problems. Preceding this, they worked as a Project Analyst at Jovens Gênios from January 2019 to May 2019, and as a Strategic Projects Intern at Gera Venture Capital from February 2017 to August 2017. Additionally, they had internship experience at Cultura Inglesa, where they served as a People & Management Intern and also worked in Operations from August 2017 to July 2018.

Lucas de Sá began their education journey at IFRJ - Instituto Federal do Rio de Janeiro, where they pursued their Técnico degree in Biotecnologia from 2006 to 2010. After successfully completing their technical studies, they then enrolled at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, where they pursued a Bacharelado em Engenharia degree in Bioprocessos from 2011 to 2014. Building upon their previous education, Lucas continued their higher education at the same institution and obtained a Bacharelado em Administração degree from 2015 to 2018.
