Kate Mayor

Kate Mayor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public relations, merchandising, and media. Currently serving as Merchandise Manager (Book) and previously as Senior National Category Manager (Fiction and Travel) at Dymocks Books since June 2018, Kate has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic planning skills. Prior roles include Radio Presenter and producer for "Wanderlust" at Bondi Beach Radio, Director at Wild Spin Media, and Media and Public Relations Manager for the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences at the University of Sydney. Additionally, Kate has worked as a Publicist for Random House Australia and Murdoch Books, organizing book tours and media campaigns for prominent authors. Kate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Cultural Studies from the University of Wollongong.
