Andrea Deforge

Andrea DeForge, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Talent Acquisition & Training Coordinator and previously held the role of Executive Assistant at Dymotek since August 2016. Prior to this, Andrea worked at Edwards Answering Service Enterprises, Inc. from July 2008 to August 2016 as an Operations Shift Supervisor. Academic achievements include a SHRM Certification Preparation Course completed at Central Connecticut State University in early 2022, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Eastern Connecticut State University (2012-2014), and an Associate of Science in General Studies from Manchester Community College (2008-2011).
