Colleen Kim has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Colleen began their career in 1995 as a Human Resources Manager at Group 4, where they worked until 1997. Colleen then joined Bausch & Lomb Canada as a Human Resources Manager from 1998 to 2004. Colleen further expanded their HR expertise at HBC as a Human Resources Manager from 2004 to 2007. Colleen then joined Walmart Canada, where they held various roles including District People Manager, Organizational Change Manager, Senior Manager of Organizational Change Strategy, and Sr. Manager of Engagement & Change Strategy. Colleen joined Acklands-Grainger in 2013 as Director of Organizational Change and Effectiveness.
