Daphny Grumo

Daphny Grumo has had a diverse range of work experiences in the Human Resources field. Daphny began their career as a Staff Nurse at St. Luke's Medical Center in 2009. From there, they transitioned into the field of HR and Recruitment, working as a Recruitment Specialist at Worldwide Empowerment from 2010 to 2011. Daphny then took on the role of HR & Recruitment Lead at the same company from 2011 to 2012. Moving forward, they served as an HR Area Manager at Business Pro Development Solutions Inc. from 2012 to 2014, where they managed multiple teams and implemented various HR strategies. Daphny then joined MicroSourcing as a Senior Talent Acquisition Operations from 2014 to 2015. Following that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at The Picture Company from 2015 to 2017. Currently, they are the Human Resources Director at Dynamic Business Outsourcing Solutions (DBOS Offshore Staffing), where they spearhead the implementation of HR and administrative strategies. Through their various roles, Daphny has gained extensive experience in recruitment, performance management, training, compensation, and employee relations.

Daphny Grumo completed a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from De La Salle University from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from the University of Santo Tomas, which they completed from 2004 to 2008.
