David Massey

David serves the higher education partner institutions as General Manager of Transition Services, helping to ensure the transition for new partner institutions is as smooth and seamless as possible.

He is also responsible for continually supporting the on-campus CIOs at the partner institutions across the country, ensuring they have the resources they need to do the best job possible.

Prior to joining Dynamic Campus, David served as National Dean for Virginia College and Brightwood College. He also served as Vice President in Technology and Operations at Bank of America, and Associate General Counsel to CompuServe, Inc.

David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, a Master’s in Business Administration, and a Juris Doctor, all from the University of Toledo. He is currently a doctoral candidate in the Technology Management program at Indiana State University.
