Frank Henderson

Frank Henderson possesses extensive experience in engineering data management and project leadership across various sectors, including transportation, information security, and technology. Currently serving as the Engineering Data Management Lead for TxDOT at Dynamic Computing Services, Henderson specializes in ProjectWise and oversees one of the largest installations of this software globally. Previous roles include Project Manager at Kforce Inc for data transformation efforts at Farm Credit Bank of Texas, and Information Security Program Manager for Columbia Sportswear Company. Henderson has also managed significant projects for the Texas Department of State Health Services and led IT initiatives for Survey And Mapping, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Management Science and Computer Information Systems from Metropolitan State University of Denver, and an Associate of Applied Science in Accounting from Front Range Community College.
