Eric S. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of design, engineering, and aviation. Eric started their career in 1994 as a Training Developer and Manager in the US Army. Eric then worked in various roles in the US Army Aviation Center, including Flight Training Manager, Flight Sim Developer, Maintenance Manager, and Instructor Pilot.

In 2000, Eric became a Science and Technology Research Manager in the US Army Materiel Command, where they worked until 2003. Eric then moved to the US Army Aviation Technical Test Center and held positions as Flight Instrumentation Manager, Experimental Test Pilot, and System Integration Test Manager.

Between 2007 and 2010, Eric served as an International Science and Technology Project Manager in the US Army Research, Development, and Engineering Command. Following this, they joined Cubic Defence New Zealand Ltd in 2010 and held roles as Senior Program Manager and later as General Manager/Director until 2018. In these positions, Eric led a team to deliver integrated training solutions and developed international business relationships with various stakeholders.

Additionally, Eric has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including a FAA Commercial Pilot Certification, a Program Management Professional certification, and a Science and Technology Management certification. Most recently, in 2021, they acquired a NZ CAA Commercial Pilot License (Aeroplane).
