Patsy Reynolds

Patsy Reynolds has a diverse work experience. Starting in 1984, they served in the United States Navy as a Naval Officer until 1987. Patsy then worked at YUM/Taco Bell, first as a Regional Operations Manager from 1995 to 1998, and then as the Director of Field HR & Training from 1998 to 2008. From 2008 to 2013, Patsy held the position of Director of Field HR & Training, U.S. Division at Yum/KFC. In 2013, they joined Dynamic Corporate Solutions, Inc. as the VP of Operations until 2014. Patsy then became the Director of Human Resources at The Krystal Company starting in 2014, before transitioning to their current role as an HR Consultant at Dynamic Corporate Solutions, Inc. in 2017.

Patsy Reynolds has a strong educational background with several degrees and certifications. Patsy obtained a Doctorate in Education from Wilmington University from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Masters degree in Training & Organizational Development from Saint Joseph's University between 1996 and 1999. Their undergraduate studies were focused on Psychology, and they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida from 1981 to 1984.

In addition to their academic achievements, Patsy Reynolds also holds a certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), which they obtained in May 2013.
