Marleen Zandbergen

Marleen Zandbergen's work experience includes positions at Dynamic Credit, LoanClear, ABN AMRO Bank N.V., and NautaDutilh N.V. At Dynamic Credit and LoanClear, they held the role of Head of Legal / Company Secretary and Senior Legal Counsel. At ABN AMRO Bank, they served as a Senior Legal Counsel in the Department Group Affairs, advising on corporate law matters and providing legal support for various investments. Prior to that, at NautaDutilh N.V., they worked in roles such as Senior Associate in Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions / Energy & Utilities and Junior Associate in Intellectual Property law and Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions.

Marleen Zandbergen completed their education in a chronological order. From 1993 to 1999, they attended College Hageveld, where they obtained their Atheneum degree. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Groningen in 1999 and completed their Master of Law degree in Corporate Law in 2007. Later, in 2010 and 2011, Marleen attended the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) and pursued studies in Energy Law (Leergang Energierecht).
