Damian Soter

Damian Soter is the Senior Construction Manager at Dynamic Energy. Damian previously worked as a Project Manager Northeast at Pfister Energy from June 2020 to February 2022, where they supervised and inspected daily installations, advised crew and superiors regarding progress, site issues and electrical code issues, and secured all permits for contracts. Damian was also the Director of Construction Operations at RGS Energy from August 2016 to January 2020, where they worked as a Security Advisor and Installation Technician in sales for residential & commercial buildings for 9 months before being promoted to Operations/ Market Manager for CT. In this role, they managed day to day operations, meetings, webinars, reports and training seminars. Damian also increased the territory region to Western Massachusetts in January 2012. Prior to that, they were the General Manager at NRG Solar from April 2014 to August 2016 and the Lead site Electrician/Job supervisor at SolarCity from December 2012 to April 2014. Damian began their career as a Security Manager/Technician at Protect Your Home, Defender Direct Inc in January 2009 and stayed in this role until August 2012.

Damian Soter is a certified Master Electrician from the State of Connecticut. Damian attended Wethersfield High School and New England Technical Institute.
