Amanda Vieira is an experienced Zumba Instructor currently providing classes at multiple facilities, including The Houstonian Hotel Club Spa and Memorial Athletic Club, while also specializing in mental health support at Behavioral Hospital of Bellaire and West Oaks Hospital. In addition to fitness instruction, Amanda has a strong background in nutrition, having served as a Functional Sports Nutritionist in private practice since 2018 and holding several managerial roles in nutrition at Petrobras and various hospitals, where leadership skills were demonstrated through the management of large teams and patient dietary oversight. Amanda holds a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and multiple postgraduate degrees related to sports nutrition and food health, complemented by a certification from the Zumba Instructor Network.
