Steve Howes

Steve Howes is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in real estate development and commercial real estate sales. Since January 1989, Steve has operated as a licensed realtor with HOWES AND JEFFERIES REALTORS, holding licenses in Illinois and Iowa. In addition to this role, Steve has served as a Director and shareholder at Citizens First Bank since 1999, and as President of Valley Bluff Corporation since 1994, focusing on real estate development in Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois. Steve has also contributed to Dynamic Food Ingredients Corporation as a member of the Board of Directors since 2016. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President at American Express Global Business Travel from 1985 to 2019. Steve is a former partner at Howes & Jefferies Realtors LLP, specializing in commercial and investment real estate sales, and holds a BBA in Marketing from Iowa State University.
