Nicky Holland is a seasoned fitness professional with extensive experience in personal training, tutoring, and fitness management. Since August 2017, Nicky has been the Owner of Nicky-fitness.com, where support is provided to busy individuals for health improvement through personal training and online coaching. Concurrently, as a Freelance Tutor & Assessor at Dynamic Freelancer, Nicky teaches and assesses fitness courses in Dubai. Previous roles include Tutor & Assessor at Empiric, Fitness Manager at Fitness First Middle East, and Leisure Operations Manager at Village Urban Resorts, showcasing a strong background in managing teams, delivering courses, and promoting health in various capacities.
