Prijoy Mathew Thomas

Prijoy Mathew Thomas has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Prijoy Mathew started their career in 2011 as an Admin Cum Site Incharge at THEJO Engineering Ltd, where they assisted the branch manager and general manager in planning and executing work activities. Prijoy Mathew then joined Expose InfoTech India Pvt Ltd as a Business Development Manager, where they developed new lines of business and conducted presentations to key decision makers. In 2016, they became a Business Development & Admin Manager at Dhofar United line trading LLC, where they set targets, generated new business, and promoted the company brand to key buyers. Prijoy Mathew then worked as a Business Development Manager at Soundlines Group, where they dealt with recruitment challenges, maintained client relationships, and ensured legal compliance. Currently, Prijoy is working at Dynamic Staffing Services, where they have held various roles such as Operations Manager and Country Head. In these positions, they focused on improving operational management systems, expanding the business in Romania and other European countries, and developing new business strategies to ensure profitability.

Prijoy Mathew Thomas completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management and Services from Bharathiar University from 2013 to 2015. Before that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Information Technology from Ayyan Thiruvalluvar College of Arts & Science, Coimbatore, from 2008 to 2011. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Prijoy studied Biology and Maths for their +2 degree at St. Antony's Hr Sec School, Coonoor, from 2006 to 2008. Their secondary education was completed at C.S.I High School, Nonsuch, where they obtained their S.S.L.C degree from 2001 to 2006. Additionally, Prijoy has obtained several certifications, including an appreciation certificate for successful completion of Operation Ganga from the Indian embassy in Bucharest in April 2022, Career Edge - Knockdown the Lockdown from TCS iON LifeLong Learning in May 2020, an Oman Driving Licence from the Royal Oman Police in April 2017, participation in a Guinness world record event recognized by Guinness World Records in March 2011, and a Qatar Driving Licence from the Ministry of Transport & Communications in July 2018.
