Krystal Lovato

Krystal Lovato is a seasoned professional in grant management and compliance, currently serving as a Senior Grants Consultant at Dynamic Support Solutions since February 2023. Previously, Krystal held the role of Executive Director of Federal Programs at International Leadership of Texas from January 2014 to February 2023, where oversight of Title programs and grant applications was a primary responsibility. Earlier experience includes positions as a Talent Partner and Compliance Specialist at Dallas Independent School District, focusing on staffing, grant compliance, and financial analysis across multiple schools. Krystal earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Northwood University in 2006.
