Mardi Norman

Mardi Norman's work experience begins in 1990 as a Regional Sales Manager for Revlon Inc. where they covered specialty stores in Southern California. Mardi then went on to become the President & CEO of Dynamic Systems Inc in 1993, overseeing the company's growth to a stable corporation with $280MM in annual revenue. In 2016, Mardi founded LOFT Academy, a non-profit organization aimed at providing a progressive approach to education for elementary and middle school children in the Southbay. Through their various roles, Mardi has displayed leadership and a commitment to exceeding customer needs and promoting critical thinking in a 21st century global world.

Mardi Norman completed their Executive Masters in Business Administration (EMBA) from Loyola Marymount University, College of Business Administration from 2000 to 2002. Mardi obtained their Bachelors in Business from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 1986 to 1990. In 1989, they attended Imperial College London for a brief period, although their degree is unspecified.
