Suicide Prevention Program Manager at Dynamic Systems Technology, Inc. (DysTech)

Juliet McAdam has worked in a variety of positions since 2018. Juliet began their career as a Law Clerk at Black Marjieh & Sanford LLP. In 2019, they took on the role of Research Corrections Analyst/Constituent Affairs Coordinator at the Ohio Correctional Institution Inspection Committee (CIIC). In this role, they researched Ohio's adult and juvenile correctional departments policies and procedures to compile comprehensive packages of self-advocacy resources and assisted in the management of both constituent concern database and inspection data. In 2020, they became a Medical Assistant at Equitas Health, where they provided care to patients newly diagnosed with HIV/AIDS, obtained vital signs, performed routine HIV testing, and updated pertinent medical information in EPIC. Juliet also provided PrEP/PEP & sexual health education information to over 100 clinic patients. In 2022, Juliet began working as a Senior Corrections Analyst at the Ohio Correctional Institution Inspection Committee, as well as a Suicide Prevention Program Manager at Dynamic Systems Technology, Inc. (DysTech). Juliet also became a Multi-Skilled Technician at Mount Carmel Health System, where they provided palliative and post-surgical care to 18-25 patients on the Palliative Care Unit daily, obtained vital signs, performed phlebotomy, assisted healthcare providers with routine physical exams, and updated pertinent medical information in EPIC.

Juliet McAdam obtained a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from The Ohio State University between 2017 and 2019. Juliet then obtained a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) from National Healthcares in November of 2020. In September of 2020, they obtained CPR/AED certification from the American Red Cross. Juliet is currently enrolled in a Master of Social Work program at Florida State University, which they began in 2022 and is expected to complete in 2025. In October of 2022, they obtained Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) from LivingWorks.
