Aaron Lint

Aaron Lint is an experienced operations and project management professional with a diverse background in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Project Director at Dynamic Workforce Solutions since April 2024, Aaron previously held the position of Director of Operations: Damage Prevention at Sparus Holdings from August 2023 to April 2024. Aaron's extensive experience includes serving as Director of Operations-Central and Field Services Manager at Heath Consultants Incorporated from January 2018 to May 2023, and multiple roles at USIC, where responsibilities included District Manager and Field Supervisor from April 2005 to January 2017. Earlier career experience includes Operations Supervisor positions at both FedEx Supply Chain and FedEx Ground. Aaron holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Baldwin Wallace University, earned between 1993 and 1997.
