Lindsey Tomasko, MBA has worked in a variety of roles in the food service industry since 2008. Lindsey began their career as a Pastry Cook at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company L.L.C. in 2008 and then moved to Whole Foods Market as a Pastry Chef in 2009. In 2011, Lindsey joined Eurest USA as a Food Service Manager. In 2014, they were appointed as the Director of Food and Nutrition Services at Val Verde Regional Medical Center. In 2016, Lindsey returned to Eurest USA as a Project Manager, where they developed and operated a new unit and managed a lunch delivery program. In 2021, Lindsey joined Benzinga as a Project Manager and in 2022, they were appointed as the Operations Manager at Whitehat Virtual Technologies.

Lindsey Tomasko, MBA, obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Food Production Management/Nutrition from Central Michigan University between 2004 and 2008. Lindsey then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from California Intercontinental University in 2016. Additionally, they obtained a ServSafe Manager certification from the National Restaurant Association in April 2016 and a Personal Trainer certification from AFAA Aerobics and Fitness Association of America in October 2012.
