Dana Cogan is an accomplished engineering and operations leader currently serving as VP Engineering Operations at Dynamic Yield by Mastercard since January 2024. Prior to this, Dana held various leadership roles including Immediate Relief Leader at the Israeli Children's Fund, Chief of Staff Engineering at Snyk, and VP Business Operations at Syqe Medical. Over the years, Dana has demonstrated expertise in change management, cross-divisional transformations, and strategic project management across different sectors including technology, healthcare, and marketing.
