Idan Bauer

Idan Bauer is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and product development. Currently serving as VP of Engineering at Finout since December 2024, Idan is responsible for leading the R&D team and ensuring product performance meets customer expectations. Prior experience includes Chief Technology Officer at Dynamic Yield, where Idan oversaw comprehensive technology operations, and R&D Director at Micro Focus, managing a large division with significant revenue impact. Career highlights also include roles at HP Software, leading teams in developing advanced web applications, and serving as CTO at ForexManage, overseeing all technological decisions. Idan's foundational expertise began at the Hebrew Educational Society and Comprehensive IT Services, along with a BBA in Information Technologies from Baruch College.
