Ryan Gilbert

Ryan Gilbert has a diverse work experience, beginning with their current role as a Founding Team Software Engineer at Dynamic Labs, Inc., which they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Senior Software Engineer at Formidable from 2019 to 2021, and Software Engineer at Ford Motor Company from 2018 to 2019. During their time at Ford Motor Company, they were a lead engineer on a driver behavior app, influencing the decision to utilize Kotlin and GraphQL for their backend. From 2015 to 2018, Ryan held various roles at Blue Medora, including Software Engineering Intern, Software QA/Engineering Intern, and Software QA Intern. Their roles at Blue Medora included testing new and existing features, as well as writing a command line ruby application. Lastly, they held the role of Research Assistant at the Molecular & Behavioral Neuroscience Institute from 2014 to 2015, where they performed hands-on laboratory work involving neuroscience research.
