Serhii Bobrytskyi

Serhii Bobrytskyi is a skilled professional with diverse experience in customer success management and quality assurance engineering. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Dynamica Labs since October 2024, Serhii previously worked as a QA Engineer at Reply, specializing in B2B SaaS product testing, web product testing, Google CAPTCHA testing, and API testing using Postman from March 2023 to November 2024. Prior to this, Serhii held QA Engineer positions at Faifly and Red Cat Brewery, and spent time as an SMM Manager at both EvaKovrik and AboveMark, where responsibilities included managing social media content and customer consultations. Serhii's career began as a Technologist at ВАГО-РЕВ and as a Credit Expert at BLAGO. An alumnus of the Ukrainian State University of Railway Transport with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Serhii has also pursued self-education to enhance professional skills.
