Spencer Dormer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic development. As the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Dynamics G-Ex since November 2011, Spencer drives the company's vision and strategy, ensuring a strong focus on sales, marketing, and financial optimization while valuing the importance of personnel. In addition to overseeing People and Marketing elements, Spencer co-founded the company, which has expanded significantly from its modest beginnings to seven major mining locations across Australia. Since February 2015, Spencer has also served as Director of Discoverer® Recycled Plastic Core Trays, advocating for sustainable solutions to utilize kerbside plastics effectively. Furthermore, as the Founder of GeoImpact Club since November 2020, Spencer actively promotes the vital contributions of Geology Teams, highlighting their significant role in addressing global challenges.
