Job description

Dynamis is seeking a Senior Cyber Program Manager to support the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency’s (CISA) Cybersecurity Division (CSD) Threat Hunting Subdivision. The Senior Cyber Program Manager  provide a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic vision to effectively manage cyber operations within CSD. The Senior Cyber Program Manager will also support strategic planning and analysis, program and project management, data integration, and information technology support activities. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist and advise on the development and implementation of cybersecurity strategic initiatives across functional and operational organizational components
  • Provide resources, capabilities, and tools to support the foundational IT requirements of programs and individual projects
  • Assist with the application of collaborative IT capabilities to improve processes and enhance reporting, communications, and knowledge distribution
  • Provide IT development support for business operations and SharePoint development
  • Provide IT systems development, architecture, networking, information assurance, website administration and database management expertise, which includes automated information systems design, analysis programming, implementation, documentation, specification development, requirements analysis, and associated IT security expertise
  • Provide support for Authority to Operate (ATO) planning and Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO)-level oversight for technical capabilities and emerging hardware/software solutioning
  • Provide technology platform design and administration support for platforms such as SharePoint, PowerBI development, and API integration
  • Provide communications, artifact refinement, and data stewardship support for various technology platforms
  • Provide digital workflow support, such as ServiceNow training, capability enhancements, and implementation projects to develop systems integration/architecture models
  • Conduct analysis of and provide recommendations regarding IT capabilities relevant to improving processes, achieving efficiencies, enhancing security, and improving mission effectiveness
  • Demonstrate appropriate technology and IT solutions that could assist the government in more effectively and efficiently managing subdivision programs
  • Work closely with CISA information assurance and cybersecurity offices to ensure that all systems are certified, accredited, operated, and maintained in compliance with requirements
  • Assist in developing and preparing recommendations for the use of information systems to the Office of the Chief Information Officer 

Requirements:

  • MA/MS
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience
  • Top Secret clearance and SCI eligibility
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CISA suitability clearance
  • Background in a relevant field such as computer science, information security, and/or cybersecurity
  • Industry certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite, SharePoint, and PowerBI
  • Organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills
