Olivier Deschenes

Olivier Deschenes is an experienced professional in health, safety, and environment coordination, currently serving as the Health, Safety, and Environment Coordinator at Dynamitage Castonguay since November 2022. Prior to this role, Olivier held various positions at Construction Norascon inc., including Director of Health, Safety, and Environment and Health and Safety Coordinator from August 2016 to November 2022. Responsibilities included promoting prevention activities, establishing safety procedures, conducting risk analyses, managing workplace accident records, and developing training plans. Prior experience also includes a role at CIBC as a Financial Services Representative and a position in cleaning services at CSSS Les Eskers de l'Abitibi.
