John Grogan

John Grogan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. John recently served as the Human Resources Director at Dynamix Physical Therapy, where they established a successful HR program and received recognition for the company's growth. Prior to that, they worked as the Operations Manager and Outside Sales Manager at Atwood Rentals HVAC, where they oversaw operations and sales. John also has extensive experience in the military, serving as a Senior Program Manager for the Army National Guard. Additionally, they were the owner and operator of Grogan's Personal Defense LLC, a retail business specializing in firearms. Alongside their civilian career, Grogan served in law enforcement for nearly 24 years, holding positions such as Chief of Police and Lieutenant. John is known for their leadership skills and expertise in personnel management.
