Lindy Kalwij

Lindy Kalwij is an experienced professional in the fields of learning and development, youth policy, and organizational development. Currently serving as Projectleider leren en ontwikkelen at Dynamo since February 2021, Lindy is responsible for the development and implementation of a multi-year learning and development program. Previous roles include leading learning initiatives at Buurtteam Amsterdam Oost, contributing to youth assistance policies at Gemeente Amstelveen, and advising on organizational development at Gemeente Amsterdam. Lindy holds two master's degrees, one in International Development Studies from the University of Amsterdam and another in Culture, Organization & Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, along with several relevant training certifications.
