Elianne Wijler Klinefelter

Elianne Wijler Klinefelter, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at Dynapower Company, LLC since April 2021. Previous experience includes a role as Director of Human Resources at Soft Stuff Distributors, where responsible for managing an HR department for 40-50 employees, overseeing functions such as employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, benefits, OSHA, payroll, and performance management. Additionally, Elianne served on the Board of Directors as a SHRM Foundation Champion for the Howard County Human Resources Society, coordinating charitable activities for the chapter. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts and a Master’s in Health & Social Psychology from Maastricht University, alongside a semester abroad in Psychology at the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
