David Soltero Lugo

David Soltero Lugo is currently the Director of Network and Private Cloud Services at Dynascale Inc. David has extensive experience in various roles at ICANN, including Senior Lead Infrastructure Engineer and Lead DNS Engineer. Prior to ICANN, David worked as a Network and System Engineer at Nic.pr, where David maintained .pr ccTLD server and network infrastructure. David attended Universidad de Puerto Rico from 1999 to 2003.
