Chris O’Brien

Mr. O’Brien is Senior Vice President – Legal, for Dynasty and is responsible for advising the firm on a wide range of legal matters. Chris began his legal career as a litigator and practiced law for more than a decade before joining Xerox Litigation and Compliance Services as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. At Xerox, Chris was responsible for overall corporate operations, including client services, technology, consulting, HR and legal. During his time at Xerox, Chris also led Corporate Development, Transformation, and the expansion and management of all business operations in Europe, India and Hong Kong. Chris has also served in senior roles in the administrations of two New York Governors, including Deputy Secretary to the Governor and Assistant Counsel to the Governor. Chris was also General Counsel at the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance and General Counsel at the New York State Thruway Authority.
