Barbara Schachner

Barbara Schachner is a highly experienced professional in the field of software development and information security, currently serving as Director of Software Development for Product Security at Dynatrace since December 2017. With a strong focus on enhancing security measures and integrating security into architectural and development processes, Barbara also held the role of Team Lead for Security Architecture & Testing at Dynatrace. Prior experience includes significant roles at Siemens, where Barbara was the Information Security Officer for the global IT department, led the establishment of the Siemens Red Team, and conducted security assessments as an IT Security Consultant. Barbara's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Secure Information Systems and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Media Security from the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria, as well as a semester abroad in Computer Science at Eindhoven University of Technology.
