Betsy Melo

Betsy Melo is a seasoned professional in sales enablement and training, currently serving as the Lead Sales Enablement Manager at Dynatrace since November 2023. In this role, Betsy develops and delivers quarterly sales training sessions for over 1,000 international attendees, manages content strategy for the global sales team, and oversees multiple cross-functional projects. Previously, Betsy held the position of Sales Enablement & Content Manager at Wish, leading the Sales Enablement team for the international non-China Business Development organization. Additional experience includes roles at Airbnb, where Betsy contributed to sales training and product implementation across a global sales organization, and at Northwestern Mutual, where comprehensive onboarding and training programs were developed for new team members.
