Christian Werding

Chris W. is an accomplished leader in software development with extensive experience in building and managing engineering teams. Currently serving as the Director of Software Development and Lab Lead at Dynatrace since March 2019, Chris has successfully established an engineering lab in Graz, hiring over 100 employees and fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment focused on engineering excellence. Prior to Dynatrace, Chris held the position of VP of Engineering at Parkside Informationstechnologie GmbH, where leadership of agile software development teams was key in delivering customer-specific software projects with a focus on digitalization and service development. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Software Architect and Project Manager at Blue Tomato GmbH, as well as various positions in software engineering from January 2000 to October 2010. Chris holds a degree from the University of Liège.
