Marcos Nähr

Marcos Nähr serves as the Director of UX Design - Platform Solution at Dynatrace since August 2021, leading a passionate team of UX designers in creating core components and design systems for app development. Prior to Dynatrace, Marcos accumulated extensive experience at Dell, holding various senior positions including Head of Design Ops and Design System, where responsibilities included managing global teams to establish a consistent design language and enhance accessibility across products. Marcos has also contributed as a guest lecturer at multiple universities, focusing on user experience and digital communication, and holds degrees including a Bachelor in Design and an MBA in Information Technology Management.
