Martin currently serves as the Director Workplace Experience Strategy and Global Workplace & Culture Strategist at Dynatrace, while also being the Founder of Visible Leader. With a strong passion for designing outstanding experiences, Martin has co-founded LabX and held previous roles at various companies such as Wonderwerk Consulting and weXelerate. Their educational background includes a degree in Industry and Organizational Psychology, Certified psychological Advisory, Marketing Management, and education from Bundesrealgymnasium Leibnitz.
