Shawn Washburn

Shawn Washburn serves as the Global VP of Professional Services at Dynatrace, where responsibilities include leading a team of over 400 professionals, overseeing the development of the services offering portfolio, and managing the worldwide P&L for the professional services business. Prior to Dynatrace, Shawn held various positions at Compuware from 1997 to 2013, including Director of Value Added Services and Practice Director for Guardian Services, focusing on application performance management and customer success. Shawn's career at Compuware was marked by significant contributions to sales support, implementation, consulting, and education services. Shawn earned a BA in Marketing from Michigan State University.
