Jason Rhodes has an extensive work experience in the biopharmaceutical and venture capital industries. Jason began their career in 2001 as a Partner at Fidelity Biosciences, where they led investments in therapeutics companies. Rhodes then joined Alnylam in 2007 as Vice President of Business Development, where they played a key role in strategic collaborations and spin-outs. Jason later served as President and CFO at Epizyme from 2010 to 2014.

In 2014, Rhodes joined Atlas Venture as a Partner, and in 2016, they took on the role of Chairman and founding CEO at generation Bio and Disarm Therapeutics. Jason played crucial roles in the development and leadership of both companies. Rhodes also served as a Member of the Presidential Advisory Council at Berklee College of Music from 2009 to 2022.

Most recently, in 2020, they became the Executive Chair and founding CEO at Rectify Pharma. With their diverse experience and leadership positions, Jason Rhodes has demonstrated their expertise in the biopharmaceutical and venture capital sectors.

Jason Rhodes attended Yale University from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Jason then pursued their education at The Wharton School from 1994 to 1996, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
